ENDIVE

Endive is a particularly low-calorie leafy vegetable. It is a good source of minerals, notably selenium and vitamin B9, or folic acid, which is especially interesting for pregnant women or those wishing to conceive. It is composed of 95% water and contains very few energy-providing substances.
